Order Processing
We prepare and ship orders the next working day after your place your order. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Delivery Times

• Within the UK: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: delivery times vary, typically 5-7 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

Shipping Costs
Free UK shipping with every order. For international customs, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email to let you know it’s on the way and an email from Royal Mail with tracking information.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict these charges.

Delays
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may happen due to postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
