Returns

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damages

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away (ideally within 7 days). Send us a photo at info@rishtaaunty.co.uk, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
